Thursday Dining Hall Tabernacle Outdoors Registration Workshops
3:00 PM Group Check-In. Do not arrive before 3:00 PM on Thursday!
Unload kitchen
equipment/food We will need volunteers to help unload food and kitchen equipment from the trailer. Some items will be going to the concession area in the rec hall.
A/V Unload Volunteers will be needed to unload A/V equipment from the trailer and take it to the rec hall or the Amphitheatre
4:00 PM A/V SetupSetup of lighting and PA equipment in the Rec Hall. Volunteers will be needed as we set up lights, trusses, sound, and perform audio checks of the sound system.
Dining Hall
SetupVolunteers and Kitchen Staff will work with the Head Chef to prepare the kitchen and dining hall area.
Setup Setup for registration, including configuring network connections for payment and lining up the assembly line to get it done quickly and easily. Volunteers welcome!

BeginsThis is when we light the campfire that will burn for the duration of Wild Nights (weather permitting). Please don't bring your own firewood for environmental reasons.

Meet and GreetFor Fursuiters and Non-fursuiters who want to talk about what them got them into suiting or has sparked their interest in this branch of the fandom. Open, friendly discussion to meet others and share experiences.

Gesture PanelGet rid of those boring poses! A walk-through of basic flow with lines in your artwork.
4:00 PM Fursuit Trip
Into TownMeet up in the parking lot
outside the dining hall for a trip to the nearby town of Wilburton for the Fursuit Parade!
5:00 PM Werewolf
Demonstration Tobias Amaranth and others will give a demonstration of the rules and how the game, "Are you a Werewolf" for those interested. To volunteer, please talk to Tobias.
6:00 PM Dinner:
Spaghetti Spaghetti, prepared with tomato sauce and alfredo and parmesan as toppings. Also, hot garlic bread with cheese and a side salad. Note that dinner is open for a long time, so there's no need to line up!
7:00 PM Variety Show
Skit PlanningWant to be part of the variety show, but need some ideas or help fleshing out what you want to do? This informal meeting will let you meet up with others to share ideas and help find participants.

This, Anyway? Furry Improvisational Comedy where the audience is encouraged to participate and make the performers -- fursuiters and non -- do the wackiest Improv skits possible. Fun for performers and attendees.

Concert Everyone's favorite mouse, doing a collection of somewhat off-color renditions of popular music. Adults only.
11:00 PM Are You a
Werewolf? Fun party game for 6 to 30 people. In what was a peaceful village, someone is murdered by werewolves every night. You must decide which of you it is, and remove them. The game continues until all the werewolves are caught -- or until all the villagers are gone. A fun social game of intrigue and fantasy.
Crys the Hybrid
Adult PanelNo minors! Q&A format. Ask what you want and Crys will attempt to draw it, or provide advice!

Cave Hike See the park's namesake. The hike up the trail and back down features gorgeous scenary, with multiple trail options. We'll be taking the least strenuous of the trails. However, this is still a somewhat strenuous hike, so be prepared. The scenery is well-worth it.

Crys the Hybrid
Fursuit PanelA basic panel on constructing completely foam-based heads. Crys will build a foam base during this panel and show how to go about it. We have an hour, she can build something. Bring your own stuff if you want to build, along with your questions.
12:00 PM Lunch:
Chili Travis's famous chili, the winner of last year's cookoff, gets even better this year! Free meal, included with registration. Includes condiments, chips, crackers, and special salsas for extra fire if you want.
Fursuit
Performance Performing in fursuit is a lot more than just having a good suit. It's about how to move and interact with others. Come join our panel of fursuit performers for tips and advice.
Bocci Ball Two teams go head to head in this simple but addictive game. The first member of your team tosses a ball, and the others try to get as close as possible. Simple -- except the other team is also trying to get close, while knocking your Bocci Balls out of the way. It's a game that mixes both luck and skill. Leatherworking
WorkshopLearn how to work with leather under the guidance of our Crafting Coordinator, Khemet. Create your own bracelet or collar to take with you. Sign up in advance when you pre-register or at the door. A large block of time is provided so people can come and go as their schedule permits.

Part 1 Open to everyone. Learn the basics of gun safety, marksmanship, observation and concealment skills at this panel. A gun safety test will also be given. No firearms will be present.

Rehearsal Your chance to show your act to the Variety Show Director, and arrange and audio or lighting cues with A/V Staff. Attendance is mandatory -- if you cannot make it, then please contact the Variety Show Director and A/V Staff before the Variety Show begins.
Predator/Prey The most insane game of tag you can have, with a furry spin! Players are divided into carnivores, herbivores, and omnivores, each with different objectives. Add in hazards such as Fire, the Hunter, and the Mack Truck, and it's a recipe for fun outdoor chaos! Please meet right on time for preparations!

Dinner A six-course meal prepared by our own Head Chef, including soup, salad, appetizer, main course with sides, and dessert. Our waitstaff will attend to your needs, and free soft drinks are provided for the event. Open to Supersponsors and selected guests, it is a dining experience to remember!

ApplesThe classic party card game, guaranteed to get wild, wacky, and a great way to get to know others. A card with a word is drawn by one player, who tells the others what he or she is looking for. The others play cards from their hands with words or phrases on them -- and the first player decides what matches best!

10:00 AM Furry Spirituality Khemet will be running a small discussion group about general furry spirituality, encouraging others to share their views. This will run at about breakfast time on Sunday. Bring your coffee and open-mind to talk about shamanism, Christianity, paganism or whatever your unique beliefs... and how it relates to being a furry, and everyday life. Marksmanship

ArtistCalamity Cougar's High Brow Iron Artist Event
The Cougar leads interested artists in the Acme of Iron Artist Events. Watch the artists create -- using the secret medium. Even they won't know ahead of time. Items created will be auctioned in the Charity Swap Meet.
Cooking
Workshop Forget about store-bought bread and make some real dough. Travis will guide you through basic bread steps. You'll learn how to handle and knead dough, form loaves, and bake for a perfect crust and crumb. This year, we'll be working on sandwich bread.

Charity Auction An auction to raise money for our artists and for our charity, Safari's Sanctuary. We're combining both events in order to increase attendance for both. Each item will be clearly announced whether it is a charity item or an artist item.
Held outdoors, weather permitting. Otherwise will be in the Rec Hall.

Cleanup Cleanup of the kitchen, and help with packing everything up for transport. We'll donate some of the food items to needy furries and to the charity.
A/V
Teardown What goes up, must come down. We have trusses to disassemble, wires and lights to pack, and will need plenty of volunteers to assist and leave the place just as we found it.
Campfire
Cleanup Volunteers needed to clean up the campfire area, make sure the fire is out, and make sure we leave no trash behind -- we want to leave the park better than we found it.
Teardown Packing up all registration items and making sure they're secure for transport is priority, as well as cleaning up the admin building.
10:00 AM Outdoor
Cleanup We need to go over all of the grounds to find and clean up our trash, including the amphitheater. Volunteers needed to help with this!
Cleanup The workshops area must be spotless.
11:00 AM Outdoor
Cleanup We need to make sure the rest of the park is clean, includin the cabins, the waterfront, and everywhere else, and that the park is in perfect shape before we depart.
